Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.1. Subscription Payments

All subscription fees paid to Doctor Bridge are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. By subscribing to any plan, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to the Platform and its services for the subscription period chosen.

1.2. No Refund Policy

Doctor Bridge follows a strict "No Refund Policy". Once a subscription is purchased and payment is processed, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Non-usage or partial usage of the Platform.
• Dissatisfaction with the Platform or services.
• Voluntary account cancellation before the end of the subscription term.

1.3. Cancellation of Subscription by User

Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, such cancellation will only stop auto-renewals (if applicable) and will not entitle the User to any refund for the remaining subscription period. The User will continue to have access to the Platform until the end of the subscription term.

1.4. Suspension or Termination by Doctor Bridge

Doctor Bridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account found in violation of these Terms or applicable laws. In such cases, no refund or creditshall be provided for the remaining subscription period.

1.5. Auto-Renewal

If a subscription is set to auto-renew, Users are responsible for disabling auto-renewal before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue. Once a renewal payment is processed, no refund will be issued.
